        Bride and Groom Only with up to 4 witnesses – anytime during overnight room rental period -- witnesses on site time restricted to 3.5 hours.

Porch Style Wedding Day $699.00 *

        up to extra 10 day only guests -- between 1 and 4 PM on initial day of room rental period

Porch Style Wedding Evening $699.00 *

      up to extra 6 evening only guests– between 4 and 8 PM on initial day of room rental period

*       Includes1 night Honeymoon Suite with Romantic adds (available as a Honeymoon Rental only- Contact us)

*      Include a remembrance gift and a small cake tofeed attendees

*      Includes free witnesses and Bride/Groom GMCBlack Denali transport (Mansion to/from Location if desired).

*      Includes help in finding an officiant if needed  

Location optionsinclude either artistic pond side trellis, floating flue gazebo, mansion’s wrap-around porch, 100+ year old live oak, emblemed ironbridge, bronze statues or grand views indoor common area

Small Wedding/Gathering Intimate Evening Venue typically under $1300 (rent 4 Rooms 1 night)**

     up to 25 guestsfor 3 hours (can start anytime between 5 PM and 7 PM date of rental)

Cost is for venue rental and overnight guest room rentals--cost does not include any overnight guest dining/drink amenities for day only guests--we can recommend contractors like caterers and equipment rentals for elements we do not have on hand --you will have to hire this help . Alternatively we can also tell you how we can upgrade your day guests to overnight guests if you contact us directly.

Small Wedding/Gathering Close Friends Venue typically under $2600 (rent 4 Rooms 2 nights)***

    26 to 40 guests for4 hours (can start anytime up to 7 PM 2^nd day of rental)

Cost is for venue rental and overnight guest room rentals--cost does not include any overnight guest dining/drink amenities for day guests--we can recommend contractors like caterers and equipment rentals for elements we do not have on hand --you will have to hire this help . Alternatively we can also tell you how we can upgrade your day guests to overnight guests if you contact us directly.

Small Wedding/GAthering Group Venue typically under $3500 (rent 4Rooms+2 Glamping 2 nights)***

   40 to nominally 100 guests for 4 hours – (can startanytime up to 7 PM 2^nd day of rental)

·      During gathering rental period 1 Honeymoon Suite for1 night can come with romantic set-up without a fee.

·      Up to 2 guests per rented room and 4 guests per rented glamping site can stay as overnight guests and overnight guests all receive normal B&B guest amenity access including gourmet breakfast andmore. For a fee the three private balcony rooms can have up to 2 additionalovernight guests in each room.

·      No other non-standard B&B amenities like catering and needed rentals are included in listed fees. At no cost the B&B can provide limited dining and other furnishings for elements we have on hand only. Call to see what we might provide so that you can plan anything else you may need to rent/buy. ***Location options for >40 persons are not readily feasible in the Mansion Common Area or on the Wrap-around porches alone.  Similarly, the B&B can provide limited diningfurnishings.  However, gatherings with over 25 people will typically desire tent rentals for foul weather concerns and other rentals to accommodate their guests.  We can recommend vendors who will provide and set-up necessary rented elements liketents, lighting, dining, drink, dance area, sound equipment and furniturerequirements.

• Although we encourage guests to socialize in our common areas, Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast can serve overnight guests full breakfast with fresh juices on your rooms private balcony and at several other mansion locations on request.
• Please see our Event Policy page for more information on how room rentals with expanded venue access for guests are to be treated.
• This cost is considered a room rental where we allow a restricted number of day visitors and we at the B&B provide extra amenities and support. Hence, the room tax and sales taxes are charged and there are no incremental costs to use your credit card.
