Your journey through the Sculpture Gardens and Art Gallery entertains you with a fantastic progressive disclosure of discoverable sights. in the sculpture garden landscape artists, famous; bronze, life size statue casters; locally developed bird statue creators; antique and new iron work artisans; stacked stone/paver exhibit developers: wood workers and electricians have utilized their talents to create your whimsically artistic experiences. Indoors the art gallery contains numerous original canvas and other works by famous, mostly local artisans.

Welcome my Friend to Bienvenue Mon Ami, a newly built in 2018, highly reviewed and awarded, bed and breakfast, art gallery and sculpture gardens facility. State-of-the-art amenities and amazing visuals await.

You will be beckoned to return again and again to the bed and breakfast you never imagined could exist. Bienvenue Mon Ami combines luxurious modern features while honoring old Louisiana traditions with its Antebellum Acadian style grandeur and romantic getaway appeal. Amenities include an elevator to guest rooms and common areas with interesting custom lighting fixtures that guide the way.

A grand entry staircase lures you to Amish built swings, gliders and outdoor dining on the elevated wrap around porch. Large windowed areas abound and overlook the mature oaks and dense forest surrounding the private balcony rooms and dining areas.

Bienvenue Mon Ami Bed and Breakfast and Art Gallery has held the prestigious annually awarded Louey Award for 3 consecutive years (2020-2022) for the Best Bed and Breakfast Accommodation of the Year. This award is presented to the accommodation judged the Best B&B in Louisiana. The local tourism office - for us the Tangipahoa Parish Tourism (Tangi Tourism) - nominates a B&B for the Best Bed and Breakfast in Louisiana award in the 4th quarter of the year before the presentation. The Louisiana Travel Association who partners with the Louisiana Office of Tourism performs a rigorous evaluation of all nominees in the State of Louisiana for the most qualified Bed and Breakfast. In January of each award year, Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser, who runs the Louisiana Office of Tourism, presented Jeff and Laura Atkinson the honored recognition in front of an audience of over 300 persons.

The Solomon Episcopal retreat in Husser offers a unique relationship with Bienvenue Mon Ami to create site events using both the Bienvenue Mon Ami and the retreat facilities. This unbelievable bed and breakfast is close enough to Baton Rouge and Hammond to provide a unique place to lodge while attending LSU or Southeastern Louisiana University events.
